The people behind every inspection
Every PFI project is led by our Competent Person and conducted together with a registered Facade Inspector and a drone team. We oversee the whole inspection process from planning, site access, supervision, data management, facade assessment, defects documentation to BCA reporting.

Richard Loh Ngee
PEng (Civil) · MBA · UAPL (Class A / Rotorcraft)
Richard has been a registered Professional Engineer since 1998, having built his engineering career at Meinhardt. He holds a CAAS Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence (UAPL) and personally leads facade inspection as the project’s Competent Person. He previously served as the in-house Competent Person at H3 Zoom, and has completed more than 300 Periodic Facade Inspection projects across residential, commercial and industrial developments in Singapore. Since 2003, Richard has also been an adjunct lecturer for NTU’s MSc programme.
